Kaltaban are one of the few glam metal bands working in Turkey today, a scene where the genre has had little presence. The band builds on the sound's core elements — melodic hooks, layered guitars, and a theatrical live sensibility — while writing in Turkish, grounding a largely imported style in their own language.

Having built a following through numerous shows across Istanbul venues, the band now makes its recorded debut with the single "Kaçarı Yok," released via Vertikal Medya — a first studio statement from a band already established on stage.
